How To Take BURN

Take 1 Serve pre or post workout.

  Can I use Maxine’s BURN as a complete meal replacement?

While we suggest replacing 1-2 meals per day with a BURN shake to help burn body fat, it is not recommended that you replace all your meals with shakes. It is important to use Maxine’s BURN in conjunction with a nutritious diet and consume real and wholesome foods consisting of fruits and vegetables, wholegrains, lean proteins and healthy fats.
  What is the purpose of a protein powder?

  1. I have the choc latte which is too sweet and not really chocolate or coffee flavoured. I checked the ingredients and thought the sweetener was stevia, it is, but there is also sucralose and acesulfame k (950 and 955). I am just gonna throw it out now.

  2. Have tried to use the strawberry one and it keeps giving me headaches
    Really dissapointed because it tastes wonderful and isn’t cheap!
