RECOMMENDED USE: Add 1 level scoop (approx. 25g) to a shaker or blender with 200mL of cold water or your choice of milk (dairy, almond, soy). Blend or shake for 30 seconds until fully mixed. For best results take 1-2 serves per day between meals and after exercise.
