Vanilla Gluten Free Porridge

Vanilla Gluten Free Porridge PROTEIN: 25G | CARBS: 50G | FAT: 10G SERVES: 1 PERSON


  • 30g Quinoa flakes
  • 70g Banana, mashed
  • 5g Chia seeds
  • 100mls Water
  • 100mls Almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia drops (sweeten to your liking)
  • 20g Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Maxine's Burn - Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour)
  • 30g Vanilla Yoghurt (I used YoPro)
  • 50g Strawberries, diced
  • 20g Blueberries
  • 5g Peanut Butter, mixed with a little water (so it is runny)
  • 2g Cacao Nibs


1. Place the quinoa flakes, banana, chia seeds, water, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia into a pot and place over a medium heat on the stove. 2. Stir until the porridge is boiling and then reduce heat and stir for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat. 3. Stir in the protein powder and the yoghurt until combined. 4. Place porridge into a serving bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, cacao nibs and a drizzle of peanut butter. 5. Serve and enjoy!
