Banana and Peanut Butter Muffin
- 110g banana, mashed
- 10g salted caramel Peanut Butter
- 50g liquid egg whites (from the carton)
- 20mls almond milk
- 25g Maxine's Burn Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
- 2g physique chef chocolate and cinnamon scroll dust (or cinnamon)
- 40g plain Greek Yoghurt
1. Combine all ingredients and place in a ramekin and microwave for 60 secs.
2. After 60 secs check if your muffin is cooked through. If not place back in microwave for another 15 secs.
3. Top with yoghurt and serve.
