When your breakfast becomes a banana and peanut muffin! ❤️ 💁‍♀️I had all the following ingredients below and I thought I would try and make a mug muffin out of them for breakfast...So here is what I did! 🍌 Banana and peanut butter muffin 🍌 PROTEIN 32G | CARBOHYDRATE 38G | FAT 3G | CALORIES 305


Top with

  • 40g plain Greek Yoghurt


1. Combine all ingredients and place in a ramekin and microwave for 60 secs.

2. After 60 secs check if your muffin is cooked through. If not place back in microwave for another 15 secs.

3. Top with yoghurt and serve.
