Viv's Delicious Protein Balls
- 10 pitted dates (soaked in hot water)
- Half cup - walnuts
- Half cup - almonds
- Handfuls of:- pepita’s- sunflower kernals- shredded coconut- goji berries
- 1TBS cocao
- 1TBS coconut oil
- 1TBS chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Maxine’s Protein
- Soak dates in hot water for 5-10mins. Drain.
- Place in blender with above ingredients. Blend to a course texture.
- Then add chia, cocao, protein powder & coconut oil. Blend again.
- Roll into balls! Voila!
