Proten Balls with seeds and nuts

Viv's Delicious Protein Balls

Maxine's Ambassador Vivien Florence has made this Delicious recipe for everyone to enjoy! PREP TIME: 15M

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 pitted dates (soaked in hot water)
  • Half cup - walnuts
  • Half cup - almonds
  • Handfuls of:- pepita’s- sunflower kernals- shredded coconut- goji berries
  • 1TBS cocao
  • 1TBS coconut oil
  • 1TBS chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Maxine’s Protein

METHOD

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5-10mins. Drain.
  2. Place in blender with above ingredients. Blend to a course texture.
  3. Then add chia, cocao, protein powder & coconut oil. Blend again.
  4. Roll into balls! Voila!
Optional to roll in coconut. Enjoy!
