50g rolled oats

25g chocolate fudge brownie protein powder (from Maxine's Burn)

Sprinkle of cinnamon

7g crushed almonds

1/2 cup water
Top with:

50g strawberries

50g blueberries

7g crushed almonds

8mls sugar free maple syrup

10g Yumm chocolate fudge brownie protein bar, sliced
METHOD

The night before, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, protein powder, crushed almonds and water in a mason jar. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge.

In the morning, stir up the oats (add some water if too dry) and place the chocolate oats into a serving bowl.

Top with strawberries, blueberries, diced protein bar, crushed almonds and a squirt of maple syrup.
