How To Take Maxine's BURN Custard
Take 1 - 2 serves daily for a sustained-release protein treat
Add 1 heaped scoop to a shaker with 100ml - 150ml of cold water. Shake for 30 seconds until fully mixed. Alternatively, add 1 heaped scoop to 100ml - 150ml of co water into a mug and whisk with a fork until the mixture dissolves and thickens (approx. 30 - 60 seconds). Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
