These days we all seem to be time poor. We have an abundance of private and professional commitments that keep us busy, and can often distract us from the healthy, active lifestyles we desire.

To help overcome this issue, and to educate Australian’s on how training, nutrition and healthy living can match your lifestyle and not completely overthrow it, we created the Maxine’s Challenge.

The Challenge is a 12 week online program which incorporates tailored meal plans (including vegan and vegetarian options), home or gym training plans and mindset advice to give you the practical tools to help achieve your goals and maintain for the long-term.
