Peanut Butter Espresso Smoothie Bowl



  • 80g Frozen banana
  • 30g Espresso Coffee Shot
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 150mls almond milk
  • 25g Maxine’s Pure Creamy Natural Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3g pure honey
  • Ice
  • 2g xanthan gum (optional; this makes the smoothie bowl go nice & thick)

Top with:

10g Nut Butter

Cacao nibs & protein nuggets


1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until nice and creamy

2. Place ingredients into a smoothie bowl and top with PB, cacao nibs & protein nuggets.
