ROUNDS: 3 | TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes | EQUIPMENT: skipping rope

  • 1 minute skipping
  • 20 squats
  • 1 minute skipping
  • 20 pushups
  • 1 minute skipping
  • 20 lunges (10 each side)
  • 1 minute skipping
  • 20 tricep dips
  • 1 minute skipping
  • 20 crunches
  • 1 minute skipping

Rest 2 minutes between rounds, or less if possible.
