Sally's Story

“I discovered a love of aerobics back in 1994, and when I moved to Switzerland in 1998 to continue my study I became interested in running. The clean air and nice views made me really enjoy my runs!

“When I returned to Indonesia in 2001, I continued my running routine. It felt great starting my day running—I felt energized during the day, didn’t easily get sick, and I felt more attractive with my body shape. Even after having my 3 children.

“With my sport routine and healthy diet, I can keep in a good shape. Now running has become my lifestyle. I combine my running with working out at the gym and having yoga classes to stay fit and mentally healthy.”
